Policy in the Controversy over Genetically Modified Food
is a report examining the way science is used in evaluating risks
associated with genetically modified crops and foods. The study
focuses on the FDA and the EPA and their review and regulation of
genetically modified foods since the early 1990s. It also includes
a review of available scientific literature discussing the risks
associated with genetically modified plants.
